An Egyptian diorama...

My friend Scott has commissioned a special diorama piece (very expensive...) for his Lara Croft miniature from Hasslefree.
These are the cracked floor tiles in the painting phase : as you can see, 2 rows of tiles have been glued and painted, the middle tiles are to remain loose in order to place miniatures on them and to change positions.
The painting is almost finished...guess why some tiles are only half painted !
